"Chris broke out the sneaks and into a run this morning for an hour! The first running this boy's legs have seen in 10 years! When I emerged from my den, there was Chris, in post-workout glowing glory, drinking coffee and reading the Style section of the Post at the kitchen table. It was amazing and inspiring to see. This guy is well on his way to adonis status. Soon he'll have as much wind as my biking maniacal parents (who went three times last week). Rowing, Gyming, Running- is the Marine Marathon next on the list? Cheers Chris!" -- Nicole Wilson
