It turns out I need 155oz or so water every day. The dosage of water and electrolytes has more to do with body size and weight so eight glasses of water a day is only appropriate for someone who is 128 lbs and not for someone like me who is currently 321 lbs. Also, since I am on a very strict carnivore diet, I also need lots of electrolytes as well.
