I was in my 20s when I met Roger Wolfson. He has always had a vision for his life even when he was in his young 30s. He's always nourished his mind, body, and spirit, and has never gained an ounce of fat (only muscle) while keeping a positive attitude even while the planet is burning around us. I spent my entire evening getting caught up on work at the office and then pulled myself off the workstation and sulked home. I was tired and felt worn out; although I was not fatigued. Before anything else, I pulled on my orange Saucony Jazz runners and some togs, stretched slowly, and then hit the pavement.
