Reviewing Total Fitness After 40: The 7 Life-Changing Foundations You Need for Strength, Health and Motivation in your 40s, 50s, 60s, and Beyond by Nick Swettenham
Nick Swettenham reached out to me to check out his book, Total Fitness After 40, and after dicking around with PDFs, MOBI, and ePUB, I grabbed it as a KindleUnlimited. So, I "bought" it myself. I wanted to have it registered with Goodreads and I wanted to be able grab quotes that I can share. I like reviewing books more by showing and sharing instead of telling.

My best gym and workout towels are from NIcool Sports
I am always on the lookout for the world's best towels. It's probably because of my devotion to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy—Hey, you sass that hoopy Ford Prefect? Giving 9Round Columbia Pike my money
A brand new 9Round gym opened up in the Penrose Square neighborhood of South Arlington, and I popped on January 7 after eating tacos and drinking margaritas at my favorite local, Taqueria el Poblano, just to see who took over the vacated commercial space.  It was a gym called 9Round.

Fake it ‘Til You Make It
There is a slogan I remembered this morning which brought everything together for me: fake it ‘til you make it. A couple years ago I suffered from obesity, high blood pressure, weak knees, and bad habits. I decided to take this pithy slogan and pretended to be a healthy and see what would happen.
