Failed but won't fall

Okay, yesterday turned out perfectly after my last post.
I was actually really feeling strong at my 6:30 pm "Happy Hour" class that I felt like a total bull. And then came the Johnny Walker Black Label and the Dominoes chicken thingies.
Blew my intermittent fast but I'm starting it again today! I have another class at CYCLEBAR in two hours, ate a really big breakfast of ham and eggs on wheat toast.
UPDATE: I didn't make it to the class and plan to make it up at home on my Keiser M3, SkiErg, and my erg--maybe even on my treadmill desk or even outside on the road on a walkabout.
There's just enough budget in my MyFitnessPal log to have a giant salad with maybe some tuna afterward. I got a big box of veggies from Hungry Harvest yesterday so now eating vegetables has become my full-time job (before the yummy vegetables begin to go off, get spotty, wit, rot, and then putrefy.
So, now it's time for me to take my meds, pound lots of water, prepare my military duffle with dirty clothes, and get ready to go to my 1:30 pm class today at CYCLEBAR Columbia Pike.
I love to walk to my spin classes and my wash and fold laundry place, Columbia Pike Laundry is on the way so I'm going to schlep my dirty laundry in my big green canvas duffle backpack to the laundromat before I continue to the spin studio.
What I usually do is take some dirty laundry out, enough that I can squeeze my gym bag in so that I don't have to carry two things halfway.
Then, I check the laundry in, open the sack, grab by Spin gym bag, and head back out, hopefully in enough time to arrive at the CYCLEBAR studio fifteen minutes early!
