My go-to is a nice bowl of lentils and either tomato pilchards or sardines in olive oil
I don't think you can go wrong consuming mass quantities of tinned fish and cooked-up dried lentils, fresh in a bowl, seasoned with salt, pepper, hot sauce, paprika, and cayenne? It would be my everyday meal for the rest of my life. It's so simple and healthy and you can add whatever garnish you want. Vegetables, herbs, avocado, or just simply the two together.
