Really smooth and cool and easy. Walked hills and took rights and lefts at as many hills as I could but it was a fun time!

I finally got my feet into a pair of Atreyu running shoes
Ever since I first heard of Atreyu, from Kofuzi or Seth James DeMoor, I have been trying to get a pair on my size-13 medium feet. Until last week, no luck. They were always sold out. Now, I not only have a pair of Standard Issue Colorway #2 but I will get a replacement pair every two months until I ask them to pause or stop their unique $55/pair subscription service. Brilliant!

Why men shouldn't stop running
For those of us who aren't naturally as smooth as a dolphin or who aren't religious about their waxing or manscaping, it takes a couple days of running for all the hair in your running shorts to be brutally torn out by the roots; after which, it's all smooth sailing.

Black Diamond Magnum 16 Pack
The pack I love to run with. If I lost the other one I need to re-order this one! The big brother to the Black Diamond Bbee pack, the Black Diamond Magnum is a lightweight daypack for peak bagging, light-and-fast hikes and quick jaunts into the backcountry. Side stretch pockets and front compression webbing supplement the interior storage, and the bike light slot and trekking pole loop or ice axe loop make it equally suited for the commute and the mountains.
