This is starting rowing every day for the rest of my life looks like
I don't want to jinx myself—though that's exactly what I am doing—but I feel like I have gotten past the hump and I have prioritized rowing every day, really slowly, but really daily. Yes, I know it's extremely slow, but I reckon it'll speed up this week or next.

When I said I was slow rowing I wasn't joking
I did an hour yesterday while watching Spies in Disguise. And I did it slowly. When I talk about slow-rowing, I am not kidding.

Rowing 5,000 meters-a-day with a goal of 10,000-meters-a-day. I am still getting over something akin to RSV or COVID or Flu or Cold or Grippe or something. But I am still proud of my progress.

Good and happy news for the Fall Team Challenge
I got in 10,085 meters today and got in some much faster power-10s and power-20s and was able to bring down my pace down to a 1:50-2:02 pace. It’s not reflected in the log below but I am sure it’ll start manifesting in greatness, speed, and power down the road as I just get physically stronger, fitter, with bigger lungs and a stronger heart. I believe!
