3-miles slow jogging, .32 miles spirited walking. I was creaky today. Need to stretch and use my rollers tonight.

3-miles slow jogging, .32 miles spirited walking. I was creaky today. Need to stretch and use my rollers tonight. Was able to slow jog/marching band lead for exactly 3 miles and then pooped out and just finished with a spirited walk. Felt good, though. Listened to today's No Agenda Show, which is starting to feel like The Agenda Show these days.
