Professional Photographer
| filed under: Stock Photography, The Stock Market, Photographer, Photography, Stock Photographer, CorbisI started taking pictures seriously as my dad's shadow at around 9 or 10. As of 2002, that makes my career as a photographer 23-years-old.
My dad Bob Abraham, my Mentor and Teacher, started making images professionally when I was born in 1970. He was 33. My first camera was a Nikkormat 35mm. I have been using Nikkor and Nikon ever since.
Over the years, I have been a shooter for Abraham & Dunn, Ltd., Pacific Rim Productions, Ltd., Pacific Stock, and Corbis Stock Market.
I prefer travel and stock photography but have also covered weddings. The library of images in my possession include 100,000 images from my father's estate. To that I add almost another 100,000 slides.
I rarely if ever lose my excitement as a shooter. I never feel as essential. What I really do hate is editing, weeding, sorting, and labeling my slides.
