At 3PM GMT on May 17th 2017, Luis Cuende & Jorge Izquierdo launched a token sale to raise money for their Ethereum-based blockchain technology that would disintermediate the processes associated with running a corporation using a framework known as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). By 3:15PM GMT, the token sale was over and they has raised $25 million for Aragon Foundation, parent organization of the Aragon Core platform and the Aragon Network (AN). It takes a lot of star power to sell out of anything in 15-minutes.
