2025 Concept2 Mindful May Meters Challenge

Join us for the Concept2 Mindful May Meters Challenge to promote mental health awareness through daily activity. Row, ski, or ride at least 1,000 meters a day in May and support great causes!

Concept2 proudly announces the Mindful May Meters Challenge for May 2025—supporting mental health awareness and wellness through daily physical activity. This engaging challenge encourages participants to row, ski, or ride at least 1,000 meters per day throughout May. By participating, you'll foster your physical and mental well-being and contribute to vital charities focused on mental health advocacy and education.

How to Participate:

  1. Register Online: Create or log into your online logbook at Concept2 Logbook.

  2. Row, Ski, or Ride: Complete at least 1,000 meters each day. Meters on RowErg, SkiErg, BikeErg, on-water, and on-snow all count!

  3. Log Your Activity: Record your meters daily in your Concept2 logbook to track your progress.

Challenge Levels & Donations:

  • Level 1 (10 days): Concept2 donates $1 per participant.

  • Level 2 (15 days): Concept2 donates $3 per participant.

  • Level 3 (20 days): Concept2 donates $5 per participant.

All donations (up to a total of $20,000) will be evenly distributed to our chosen mental health-focused organizations:

  • NAMI VT – National Alliance on Mental Illness Vermont

  • Active Minds – Mental health support and education for students and young adults

  • Boulder Crest Foundation – Advancing posttraumatic growth for veterans and first responders

  • The Trevor Project – Crisis support and suicide prevention for LGBTQIA+ youth

Rewards & Recognition:

Participants reaching any challenge level will:

  • Be featured on the Mindful May Meters Honor Board

  • Receive a specially designed downloadable certificate

  • Have an opportunity to purchase exclusive Mindful May merchandise, with proceeds benefiting our selected charities
