The Marketing Manager, Guest Community will report to the Marketing Director, Homes Guest and be based in San Francisco. The Marketing Manager, Guest Community, will find ways to show our appreciation for the extraordinary people who choose to travel with Airbnb. S/he will be responsible for defining our strategy and approach to recognizing and engaging our guests and will flawlessly activate a series of marketing programs from idea through execution. She/he will partner closely with cross-functional teams including comms/PR, regional marketing, Airbnb Magazine and our internal creative teams to bring ideas to life and amplifying the impact of the work. S/he will balance strong creative and analytical skills, be relentlessly detail oriented, and be a thoughtful communicator. Success in this role is defined by finding ways to articulate the value of being part of our guest community and to deepen our guests’ commitment to Airbnb.
