It's important these days to be an effective business leader, but what does this really entail? But what we need to do to ensure that, not only do we have the dedication we need, but also, we are giving our employees the attention they deserve, it's essential that we create, not just a dialogue between us and the employees, but actually learn to deliver on our promises.
