Powerful Ways To Promote Your Brand

To grow and maintain a successful business, one thing we all need is a great branding and marketing plan. The marketing aspect of a business is a lot bigger and more complex than many people believe, and because of this many of us often struggle to grip on and keep an audience interested for long.

When it comes to sharing your business with the world, focus on the why as well as the when and the how. Why did you sit down one day and decide to start THIS venture? What was it about the product or service which forced you to quit your job and pursue this as a full-time career? There are lots of reasons why people start businesses, so make sure that yours is a good one, and if so, share it with your audience. Sharing something like this is a great way to make your audience feel included in your business and in on a secret, the better a connection you can make, the more impact it will have. 

7. Influencer Marketing

Bloggers, models, and celebrities are a secret weapon that every single business should use to their advantage this year. As a brand, you might struggle to connect with your audience on a personal level without it feeling forced, and this is why collaborating with influencers is key. An influencer is someone who gains the trust of many people and can influence their decision making when purchasing a product. For example, if an influencer tells their audience how amazing a makeup brand is and shows them how they use it, the audience is much more likely to go out and buy that product themselves. As tempting as it may be, you cannot simply churn out a wealth of random content to your audience to try and gain likes and shares. The what is easy, this describes what piece of content you are looking to create such as a video or image or blog post. The why is trickier. Why are you creating THIS piece of content? What is the motivation behind it and what value will it provide? Make sure to have a clear motive and reason for every piece of content.

LinkedIn is often seen as social media’s boring uncle, but it is not simply a place to post job adverts and your CV. LinkedIn is an active social media for professionals, and as a brand, you can take advantage of this with LinkedIn publishing. This is a channel which will allow you to share blog posts and other content to a specific audience and you might actually gain better engagement from this. Sharing blog content on LinkedIn with a link to the original post is a good way to generate interest and trust. 

10. Support a charity
