Every Wednesday morning I head over to the Heavenly Bodies Clinic in Arlington, VA, to receive my weekly acupuncture session from Dr. Kathe Ana and the HBC team. Not only do I love having my chi / Xi released to flow freely but I enjoy chatting with Kathe (she takes an interest in my health and happiness) and love the required 45 minutes to time I get once-a-week to just lay there, pins in, with a little bean bag over my eyes, left along to meditate. That’s my favorite part, to be sure!
