The main train station of Berlin, Berlin-Hauptbahnhof, is amazing and directly across the street from my apartment. As part of Christmas tide and the holidays, Hbf (for short) gets a bedazzling for this time of year. In addition, year round, the structure is made of glass and also sends “hello I am here” spotlights into the sky. It makes coming home late, on foot, drunk, when I just moved here, really very easy — like a Chris-signal. Bling bling bling goes the station…
