Rocketboom is Hiring Writers

Just received this from the gang at Rocketboom:

Thanks so much for your interest in writing for Rocketboom! We’ve had a terrific response and continue to pour through the applications.

A few FAQ:

+If you did not send in writing samples or direct us online to a place that demonstrates your writing style, please send a follow up email to jobs@rocketboom.com with any additional info that you can, also including a resume, websites, or other relevant data as well.

+There is no need to be local to NYC. This work can be done completely online.

+Pay will depend on contribution (e.g. how much you input into the group), or based on availability at the computer to contribute during a certain amount of hours on certain scheduled days, or even based on a full time salary with benefits, etc. as a lead writer.

+ We are not as interested in causal passerby’s who are not sure what they want to do or remain unclear what Rocketboom is, but are more interested in the people who have looked into Rocketboom and feel strongly as though they can enhance the brand with their contributions as we grow.

+If you had other questions, we’ll be getting out a round of answers soon.
