If you want delicious tapas and wine and a warm and inviting experience then you should drop by the Atame Tapas Bar and hunker down for a couple hours, especially after a long day of walking in the cold. Order a bottle of red and then order plate after plate until you’re sated.
Here’s some of what we shared: we started with the “tapas variadas grande” which had most of these guys, calamares fritos, gambas al ajillo, chorizo rosario picante, papas arrugadas con mojo picón, aceitunas y olivas, and my favorite, boquerones en vinagre. I didn’t take note of the wine, but it was lovely and drinkable.
