It is an ancient Berlin tradition to take your family and go for a day-long walk together in Sundays. I love this tradition. Well, last Sunday was exceptionally warm, clear, and lovely. I joined Frank and Claudia on their family walk-about with their two sons and we ended up at our favorite cafe, PATIO Berlin, for some sushi, soup, beer, and yakitori, etc. I love the Spree river. I love the city. I adore the Sunday tradition of going for a very gentle walk, all together as a family, along the Spree and through the parks and forests.
