Here’s hoping and praying that the talks between Washington and Pyongyang are successful and result, ultimately, in not merely the armistice that has been the basis of the 54-year cease-fire but an end to an endless war, “Washington and Pyongyang signed an armistice to end the fighting more then 50 years ago, but the countries technically remain at war.” Yes, technically-speaking, North Korea and the United States have been at war for 57-years!
