I keep on forgetting how to format an Amazon book with a simple URL address to work with Amazon Associates, old school. Well, here it is: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/ProductASIN/Associate_ID. So, if you want to connect to Getting Things Done, the Geek Cult Book of 2007, then I would link to: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0142000280/chrisabraham. Simple as pie.
