Come on, everyone! George W. Bush, Karl Rove, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Alberto Gonzales, and the rest are geniuses. They’re bright enough to know that being brilliant in anti-intellectual America is a curse not a blessing. Also, ivy league braniacs with photographic memories and huge amounts of loyalty, ambition, and passion cannot use plausible deniability unless they’re double-secret philosopher kings with the public face of a moron and the reputation of a half-wit.
