Now, 80% of all of my Google Web Search traffic comes from Google Image Search. I don’t use robots.txt to keep Google out of my image folder, so now Google goes nuts. What I have done is monetize the hell out of every potential landing page that Google sends the folks who are searching for my images. And it works! People click like madmen and madwomen. Here is a screenie of the outcome of searching for “megan mccormack hot“ (which is so true!).

I’m not sure what you’ve done here. Are you simply monetizing your individual post and category archives pages? Or are you doing something unique with image posts?
Hey there. I am not making any discernment. Yeah, I guess there could be a way of checking for the type of request, eh? I am not nearly that sophisticated, I just make sure that any potential landing page has ads on it. Very simple, very basic, but very effective.
Very interesting. Organic traffic from image search that produces adsense clicks. Seems hard to believe but it does offer a possible test for a site that I have had on the back burner.
Thanks for the info.
