Toodledo is a free, powerful, collaborative, and helpful task list
- Free version of Toodledo offers most tools
- Adding tasks is very simple based on an intuitive user interface

Toodledo is highly “ajax” with simple point-and-click editing like Calendar
- Editing and adding are all done “in-line” using “active” UI
- Sharing is basic in free Toodledo with simple “public sharing” URL

Toodledo Pro offers serious sharing and collaboration
- Powerful tools to allow connected users to collaborate
- Pro sharing, collaboration, allows users to assign tasks to other users
- Easy to add and categorize new tasks to self or others (Pro)
- When sharing closely, there is access to assigning, editing, deleting, rescheduling, and categorizing tasks to other members

Integrates into Calendar and Personalized Home Pages
- A great amount of Toodledo task management can be done directly from Google Calendars and from Google Personalized Home Page

(Wanna take a bet that Google will buy Toodledo and integrate it into Google Apps Premier!?)

For implementing GTD you might try out this web-based application:

Gtdagenda

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use
checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

As with the last update, now Gtdagenda has full Someday/Maybe functionality, you can easily

move your tasks and projects between “Active”, “Someday/Maybe” and “Archive”. This will clear your mind, and will boost your productivity.

Hope you like it.
