Bob Sutton wrote a book called The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn’t.
The only thing is, Bob Sutton is impossible to listen to because he ends every sentence as a question.
My skin is crawling. My question is, are they assholes or is Bob a wuss?
I don’t mean to be an asshole, but I think Bob needs some assertiveness training because I think he brings all of this stuff on himself.
