Director of MOMA Glenn Lowrey Must Resign

The New York Times is reporting that MOMA sold artworks, including a Bonnard, to add cash to director Glenn Lowrey’s already multi-million dollar salary. Now I’m all for compensating arts administrators. Both my parents work in the field, after all. But the apparent collusion here, coupled with the scale of Lowrey’s compensation, is simply disgraceful. He should resign.” Via David Gelles’ Blog Vivant
