On Adoption and New Adoption Rules for Chinese Babies

“China’s new rules [that take effect May 1] exclude people who are single, overweight or over 50 … education and income matter,” says the Post, “If you’re thinking of adopting a child, the National Council for Adoption is a good place to start. The site has numerous resources for those just starting to think about adoption, how to finance adoption and a list of federal and state laws. Meanwhile, the Jount Council on International Children’s Services breaks down the steps for understanding international adoption.” No, I am not considering adoption. Yet.
