I propose alt.conspiracy newsgroup based wholey on the fictional
conspiracy portrayed in the Thomas Pynchon novel _The Crying of
Lot 49_. In this particular novel, there is an underground postal
system which is based upon a secret order of soldiers of Tristero:
We Await Silent Tristero’s Empire. So W.A.S.T.E. is in fact an
acronym, but this neither here nor there.
The W.A.S.T.E. system is supported by anonymous employees of
Yoyodyne, a secret society of assasins, as well as unsuccessful
suicide victims.
This conspiracy is all based on the attempt world government has
made towards monopolising the postal system and mail carrying and
Tritero’s desire to withstand this move. The insignia is the
Thurn and Taxis Postal Horn, but with a mute.
And the conspiracy grows and mutates and as we all try to get a
handle on it. There is a huge interest in both this conspiracy
as well as the writings and books of the elusive Mr. Thomas Pynchon,
author of _V_, _Gravity’s Rainbow_, _Vineland_, _The Crying of Lot
49_, as well as the new _Mason & Dixon_.

I have been running into that prob:

Well, what do I need in order to have a slick 100%
functional bad boy mac Mosaic system?
I have speed, a PPP connexion, big monitor, ftp
access, etc… now I find out that I still yet
have not all the pieces. Please suggest the
associated apps necessary to get the whole Mosaic
effect.
