I hadn’t heard of Noka before a colleague mentioned them. According to Noka, they’re the world’s best chocolate on the planet. They appeal to the hyper-luxury market. In reality, “Noka buys bulk chocolate from Bonnat, a high-end French chocolate maker, melts it into desired shapes, wraps it in high-sounding but often meaningless terms, adds a veneer of packaging, and then marks up its “luxury??? chocolates as much as 1000%—while taking full credit for the product.” Who dressed down Noka? Dallas Food. Thanks guys.
