I was anorexic for several months lost 15 pounds, and was near death. But now I've gained back some of the weight and am doing well. losing weight was hell 1) my heart rate dropped to 46 2) i lost my period 3) I was always freezing, even in warm weather 4) Simple things like talking, standing up, and walking took so much energy i would nearly collapse 5) i developed depressionyeah so it sucked, and i was never fat, i just felt like losing weight. so dont do it. nicole richie IS anorexic. just look at her. its not healthy trust me, you DO NOT want to lose weight unless you are overweight and the doctor reccodmends it.
