I made myself dinner tonight and it was amazing. I can feel the fresh food feeding my cells. And, no trans fat.
Tonight, I iron pan-sautéed a steak in extra-virgin olive oil and butter, baked a potato garnished it with butter and sour cream, prepared a spinach and tomato salad with an extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, and seasoned it all with freshly-ground salt and pepper.
No pictures, but I will try to record it tomorrow. Yum.
Yes, I can cook. Just never do.
