Saint Milton Friedman Passes at 94

by Chris Abraham on 17/11/2006 ·

The New York Times has a nice article about the real Adam Smith, Mr. Milton Friedman. Actually, two nice articles. The Wall Street Journal has lots of great stuff if you’re a member: How Milton Friedman Changed Economics, Policy and Markets, Capitalism and Friedman, and Friedman’s Writings in the Wall Street Journal (awesome).

Well, I have the gas for about one amusing, worthwhile, post a week. I will try to be more innovative, more insightful. Hey, at lease I am not just copying stuff off of Digg and promoting EggDisk any more, eh?

“Hey, at lease I am not just copying stuff off of Digg and promoting EggDisk any more, eh?”

And we all breathed a collective sigh of relief when THAT event occurred. ;>) And if I could ever actually decipher what that eggdisk-meme- screaming stuff was all about, I’m sure I’d be forever grateful as well. Who’s the mad ninja skilled blogger? You are! You are! Now get crackin’ man, you’re slippin’ here.

Its all shameless stuff I tell you. Unabashed glorification of self. And yet, its genius. Where’s you counter at the bottom? How is one ever to know whether this (methodology) is paying dividends for you?

Blush. Thanks for noticing! I don’t call it “glorification of self” because my mentors told me to call it “branding.”

I prefer to call it, “self aggrandizement.”
