You know what happened next. In the next paragraph, Equinox personal trainers admitted that Equinox “was a breeding ground for tattlers,” that Equinox, “had never discussed confidentiality,” “gossip is not problematic,” and “is common and can be harmful.”
Joel Greengrass needs communications training. Spinning is one thing, lying is something else entirely. The VP of a gym should be an expert spinner.
