A Spirited Loop of Central Park is 7.22 Miles of Running

I just got back from a 7.22 mile run around Central Park.

I am up here in NYC for Labor Day weekend to help Janna move in to her fly new apartment. Her pad: location, location, location.

I am toast but what a beautiful day it was. Gorgeous day.

Tell me, why I don’t live here?

The greatest thing is that I am here in Starbucks at Lex and 87th and there are three cute teenage girls at the table next to me discussing the Middle East crisis en français.

I am blissed out by this place.
