I have been biking and running pretty much every day. Time to kick it to the next gear by adding weight training and bodybuilding.
Building muscle is the best way to lose fat because muscle has a higher caloric requirement. Thing is, I don’t know if I know the best, modern, ways to do this. So, I am probably going to join a board. Probably Bodybuilding.net because I don’t think books are enough. I want a community to support this next step.
