I agree with the points Dan Yanek raises in her article. However, her article reeks of spin, particularly since there is an ad for a matchmaking service on the right side of the page.
Perhaps the reason why singles are fitter, more accomplished, and have better sex is that they have more confidence than their married counterparts. After all, singles remain single because they decide not to settle for someone who does not meet most of their criteria for suitable companions. Singles do not need another person to tell them that they’re attractive or smart–they know those facts themselves.
