Supreme Court Decides Bush Overstepped his Authority

“The U.S. Supreme Court has just ruled President Bush overstepped his authority in creating military war crimes trials for Guantanamo Bay detainees.” I wonder what the blowback will be? Via MSNBC, SCOTUSBlog, & MetaFilter
