We now know that organic farming is about environmental sustainability and not necessarily about nutrition. What about nutrition? The most nutritional foods are fresh, seasonal, locally-produced, and as raw as possible. Avoid processed foods with preservatives. Organic white bread is not healthier than regular white bread but an organic tomato grown within 100 miles of your home, picked the week before, and eaten raw with a little salt and pepper probably is.
