That's one thing that the whole "he's just not that into" phenomenon is all about, too--if he is into you/loves you, he is NEVER too busy/sick/overworked/tired to call. EVER. Not a case of "can't," it's a case of "won't."And it all comes down to the ability to be vulnerable with/for someone else. Be willing to put something of import on the line, allow your passion to be naked and fierce and true. If you can't be vulnerable, then I daresay you are incapable of love. Let me say this again: whether you are temporarily or permanently incapable of being vulnerable, then you are unable to truly love. True dat.
