Get your facts straight.

“Jeffrey Skilling was convicted of 18 counts of fraud and conspiracy and 1 count of insider trading. He was acquitted on 9 counts of insider trading.

Kenneth L. Lay was found guilty on 6 counts of fraud and conspiracy and 4 counts of bank fraud.”

Factual accuracy – one of the many important differences between blogs and journalism.
