I don’t believe that Drew Hoffman can have the record for fastest pass on the GW Parkway. Have you seen how many AMGs, GT3s, Ms, Biturbos, V10s and V12s move through there every night? Via Jalopnik and the Washington Post.
According to Jalopnik (via the Washington Post), “Drew Hoffman, a 28-year-old Georgetown University law student” passed CIA headquarters on the George Washington Parkway at over 126 mph in his . “Prosecutors say this may be the fastest anyone’s driven a car on the parkway — and maybe even on federal asphalt.” I drive to and from McLean on the GW Parkway and there are loads of AMGs, GT3s, Ms, LR3s that really must have broken 155 at some point or another.
If it is true, Drew, I worship you and am unworthy.
Actually, sorry mate, “Law enforcement officials said later that two motorcycles were clocked last year going 160 mph on the parkway but were never caught.”
Those are they guys I worship!
