We lost Chris Daughtry, the coolest rocker, last night, as Chris Daughtry was voted off American Idol last night. I didn’t report on it last night but I was in denial. Oh, the horror, the horror. There are loads of people who are very unhappy who have been commenting on my blog
Kara, Kelly and Sarah wrote, “Chris!!! Please make an album!! we love you!!!!! you shouldn’t have been voted off!! ”
Julia, Jason & Keltcie wrote, “Chris you are the greatest and we will Miss you ! Yes please make an album.”
Liz wrote, “OMG YOU SHOULD NOT OF FREAKING BEEN VOTED OFF! THATS FUCKING BULLSHIT EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE! BUT THATS MESSED UP! SHE MESSED UP LAST NIGHT AND SHE SHOULD OF BEEN SENT HOME! YOU HAVE THE MOST AMAZING VOICE AND SO DIFFRENT FROM ANYTHING YOU HEAR ON THERE! I SO THOUGHT YOU WOULD WIN!”
Heather wrote, “Hey there, I was looking for a way to email Chris after tonight’s results and stumbled on this site. Everyone at my office and all of my friends thought you would surely be the winner. I’m so sad tonight! I don’t even want to watch the rest of the show now. 
It’s okay though. We’ll all be waiting for your first record. (My fiance just looked over my shoulder at this email and said, “Oh, don’t worry, he’ll still be a millionnaire.”) Anyway, congratulations on a great run… You’ve made my Tuesday nights for the last several weeks.”

I don’t know about the teeny bobber vote based upon Chris’ looks - look at Taylor, he’s not winning any beauty contests! At least Taylor can sing, I have said all along that Taylor could have his own cult following and see it grow like in a Dave Mathews sort of way. I am so mad and upset to see Chris kicked off with such talent and honor. He grew so much from the first audition in confidence and in his singing ability. All I have to say to America is when his record comes out BUY IT!!!! DON’T Limewire it or rip the CD!!!!
This is crazy. It just goes to show that you can’t trust contests. Chris you have an amazing voice. My fiance and I think that you need to come out with your own CD soon. We are getting married in May 2008 and would love to be able to dance to a song sung by you. Thank you for doing what you do and sounding so good at it.
That girl forgot her lyrics and she surely cannot dance. That thing she does kicking up her heel every single number makes me want to puke, get real! That’s not dancing. She is so stuck on herself that the arrogance over shadows her singing which isn’t nearly as great as she thinks she is and none of the three are nearly as talented as Chris. I am not even going to watch the rest of the show now. I really think they should give the veiwers the exact numbers of voting results each contestant receives and Chris should demand to see proof, have a recount or something because the hefer should have gone home, not him!!!!

I was so pissed when u were voted off. I can not wait until u come out with your own Album! U are going to do great things with your music and alot of fans are supporting u. I think that u might be surprised on just how well your music is going to sell. We are going to miss seeing you perform on the show.

Chris daughtry is amazing andd i had my bets on him. i had no doubt in my mind!!! anyhow i think he will make it farther than ever and does not need american idol. this put him on the watch and now he will make it anyways. i am no longer looking forward to AI…I love you chris!! you are the true idol in my heart!! i will totally buy ur cd..no downloading,…bc you deserve it!! u are amazing and i love u!! plz record soon…Unfortunately i am in nicaragua, central america and i could not vote…but u rock!!!!
