Netflix is Winning on the Back of Word-of-Mouth and Viral Marketing

On Netflix, while I’m browsing for my next four or five DVDs, I’m “told — ‘If you like that, you’re really going to like this.’ That builds the best kind of word of mouth, from people you trust.” Via LA Times.


And I also talk about Netflix all the time. I don’t go to the movies any more, actually, unless it’s on a date.
