I believe that creative, unique, and numerous blog categories are an effective method for gaming the blogosphere. More is better.

I wondered why until I watched Howard Mortman go nuts with the categories on Extreme Mortman. He is the most whimsical category-maker on the planet and I think this will benefit his blog immensely.
