Although I have raved about Grey’s Anatomy before, I have to say that the ensemble cast, including Christina Ricci, outdid themselves. The second part of the Code Black episode last night was the best yet.
The theme of this show was “what would you do differently if this were your last night on earth” and since every episode of Grey’s Anatomy is identical save the moral of the story, this episode was poignant.
I will say no more because I know how many of you have it saved on TiVo and I don’t want to spoil it.
What would you do if it were your last day alive? Would you go crazy nuts and go out and get laid and drunk and insult your boss and cheat with your secretary?
Or, would you just do the same, just better? Tell the people you love that you love them? Finally? Do you appreciate what you have?
If this were your last day would you cut lose or would you collect the people you love and be with them?
Its an interesting question. I know my answer.
