“Well he is married but his wife doesn’t get him like I do. I really inderstand him. We have a real connection, the kind of connection I can’t find in anyone else.”
To finish my series on the redefinition of availability, I state that to Washington women in their mid-thirties, married is the new separated!
Which is to say that the new rules of availability state that if a man is married to a woman who “just doesn’t get him” or “doesn’t fulfill his needs” then that is pretty much just like being separated, isn’t it?
And since married is the new separated, separated is the new divorced, and divorced is the new single, that married guy is pretty much available anyway based on simple associative logic.
