I know how Oprah Winfrey feels. She feels naked, exposed, and duped. She feels the fool. And she blames James Frey and his supposed memoir, A Million Little Pieces. Forgive me, but Oprah is no naïf. The indignance is on behalf of her earnest, artless and naïve audience.
