Video files are huge and the best place to host your vlogs and your vcasts is on Blip.tv.
I have only just started playing around with podcasting but I am sure its a slippery slope to video blogging, also known as vlogging.
Blip.tv is a cool site to go to if you want to be a future broadcast star. A lot of serialized videobloggers find blip.tv the best site to use. Dina Kaplan, a co-founder of Blip.tv, is herself a broadcast journalist by training and experience. Blip.tv is the place for serious videobloggers. The site makes it easy to create a vlog or just host your movies on it.
Dina is also a dear friend of mine and it has been really cool watching the site go through growth, changes, and design overhauls.
