Nicole appears to be shrinking before our eyes. The 23-year-old has hit the gym with a vengeance (2+ hours a day) and now weighs an astonishing 91 stone.
The Diet
Breakfast: 2 Egg Whites; 1 Scoop of Protein Powder mixed with Water.
Lunch: 4oz. Chicken, Mixed Greens, 1c. Orange Juice
Dinner: 4oz. Fish, Steamed Veggies
Dessert: Fruit
The Workout
1 Hour Weight training
90 Minutes of High Impact Cardio

Her recent transformation is a prime example of how drastically a balanced diet and increased physical activity can change a person’s appearance. Nicole exercises four times a week and does something different during each session. Besides integral training (cardio and weight work combined) the newly svelte starlet likes to use the indo board for balance and leg work. Furthermore, according to her trainer Adam Estner, “Richie now eats more food than before, but she eats the right kind.???

but who tells you that this diet plan is hers? everybody speculates and nobody knows… i find it quite silly to try out a diet that somebody tells you is nicoles diet.
i think that she just didn’t eat. you always see her with her starbuck’s and her salads, sometimes sorbeth oder a lollypop… i guess that’s all she ate..
nevertheless shes very lazy, so i don’t think, that she’s ever hit the gym…

Do you know she doesn’t goe to the gym? NO. So technically you can’t answer any questions from anyone else unless you have straight facts? All you can say is I THINK, not I KNOW.

a food plan full of protein, an then she eats starbucks lollies, sorbeth and that stuff…
this diet would not work…

I think you’re right, because it is obvious that she’s been kinda ill. I mean look at her, she is not just “normally” skinny, she is super super skinny…like anerexia…..but she looks great, I think that people should try to eat healthy and work out-that’s the healthiest way to be beautiful))
Well I think she is perfectly gorgeous and really really beautiful. When she used to be chubbier her true beauty wasn’t right there but now that she’s so thin u can see her bone sturucture and shes really petite and pretty.

thats retarded. this is completly fake. she does not workout like that and putting it in peoples heads that’s what is needed to look like her is not good. a workout like that would not need to last over an hour
well as i see nicole is realy great before and after her diet .. my ambition is to be as thin as nicole .. just looking at her before and after makes me do my best to be thin .. im 57 kilos and my high is 152 c.m and im on diet .. wish for me luck .. and to everybody i wish you all get what you want and be healthy
This is just sad. I can’t believe what i am reding. Young girls look up to her. They are starving themselves and they really do think it’s okey. Fuck this is a wicked world.
omg that’s so true, why ppl should be that skinny….I mean seriously……I’m not fat, but not as skinny as those top models are…….those standards are driving me crazy..:/
